Rollins' Mortuary announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Mrs. Dorothy Lee Constant Osburn, age 73, of Tuscaloosa, on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at DCH Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 2pm in the Chapel of Rollins' Mortuary. Bishop William Reese officiated. Burial followed in West Highland Memorial Gardens with Rollins' Mortuary directing.
