The Rollins' Family and Staff of Rollins' Mortuary announce with deepest sympathy the passing of SSGT Samuel "Bob" Carlisle on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

Funeral services for SSGT Samuel "Bob" Carlisle will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 12 noon at First Baptist Church, Newbern. Rev. James Williams will officiate. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Washington Cemetery, Newbern with Rollins' Mortuary directing. SSGT Samuel "Bob" Carlisle will lie in state one hour prior to service time.

Public viewing for SSGT Samuel "Bob" Carlisle will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 12 noon until 5pm at Rollins' Mortuary.
